2. Service Description

I provide online counselling and therapy services with a focus on trauma-informed, evidence-based care. These services are designed to support emotional well-being and personal growth, not as a substitute for emergency mental health treatment.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and health information
• Maintain a safe environment for sessions
• Be on time for scheduled sessions
• Communicate openly about your needs and concerns
• Respect my professional boundaries
• Comply with all policies outlined in this agreement

5. Payment Terms

Session Rates: Current rates are displayed on the website and in your booking confirmation. Rates are subject to change with notice.

Payment Method: Payment must be made by the agreed-upon method before or at the time of the session.

6. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in full session charge.

No-Show: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notifying me, you will be charged for the full session cost.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during sessions is confidential, subject to the exceptions outlined in the Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for complete details on how your information is handled.

8. Limitations of Liability

Counselling is not a substitute for psychiatric or emergency mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact emergency services immediately.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. If you wish to terminate, please notify me with reasonable notice. I reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You become abusive or threatening
• Services are no longer beneficial
• You stop paying for services
