I offer a compassionate, reflective space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted — just as you are. My work is rooted in meaning-making, supporting you in exploring your story, values, and the deeper patterns shaping your life.
This philosophy reflects the heart of my practice — supporting you in returning to yourself, cultivating balance, and finding a sense of inner steadiness amidst life's challenges.
I draw from narrative and existential approaches, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. Together, these approaches support both insight and embodied awareness — helping you not only understand your experiences, but also feel more grounded, present, and aligned in your daily life.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can gently explore what matters most to you.
