Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
This service is NOT appropriate for mental health emergencies.

- Severe psychiatric symptoms
- Substance abuse crisis
- Severe self-harm urges

Scope of Counselling Services
If you are currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms or psychiatric conditions, please consult with a psychiatrist or mental health professional in addition to counselling.

Existing Treatment
